How long will it take for my fabric order to ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. During major sales or holiday events, processing may take slightly longer due to high volume.
What is your return policy for cut fabric?
We want you to love your purchase. While we generally do not accept returns on cut-to-order fabric, we will happily replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or incorrect.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our quilting supplies and fabrics worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
To ensure the fastest processing times, we are unable to combine orders once they have been placed. Each order will be shipped separately to its destination.
Is the fabric sold by the yard or the bolt?
Most of our fabrics are sold by the yard, with a one-yard minimum. We also offer a wide selection of precut fabrics like Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes, and Charm Packs for your convenience.
