At Missouri Star, we want you to love every yard of fabric and every notion you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, resaleable condition; please note that cut fabric yardage, patterns, and opened software or DVDs are generally non-returnable.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a printable shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, including a copy of your packing slip or the RMA number provided.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
